This Privacy Policy governs the processing of personal and business information by TechLogic Systems Inc. ("TechLogic", "we", "us", or "our") when you access our auto repair shop management platform, customer portals, or marketing web properties.

As the data controller, TechLogic provides cloud-based software solutions for automotive service facilities. We collect only the minimum necessary data required to provision software subscriptions, execute vehicle repair orders, process shop payments, and maintain transactional financial ledgers.

To operate our software and fulfill explicit service requests, we collect limited business, technical, and transactional data provided directly by you:

  Account & Business Profile: Shop name, business owner contact details, physical address, business tax identifiers, user email addresses, and staff login identifiers.

  Shop Operations Metadata: Repair orders, estimate details, vehicle identification numbers (VINs), parts inventory logs, and technician labor assignments.

  Financial & Billing Credentials: Billing contacts, invoice records, payment authorization tokens, and bank connection tokens required for direct ledger reconciliation.

All credit card transactions, direct debit authorizations, and bank transfers are processed directly by PCI-DSS Level 1 Certified Merchant Gateways and licensed financial networks.

TechLogic utilizes end-to-end tokenization protocols. Sensitive payment credentials (such as full 16-digit primary account numbers or security CVV codes) are encrypted at the client browser level and submitted directly to the merchant payment processor. TechLogic servers never view, store, or transmit unencrypted cardholder data.

  Encryption in Transit & at Rest: All network data exchange is protected using Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3) with standard 256-bit AES encryption for database storage.

  Tokenized Settlement: Recurring subscription billing and invoice receipts utilize secure payment tokens unique to your account, preventing unauthorized reuse.

We adhere strictly to zero-exploitation principles across our platform infrastructure:

  No Artificial Intelligence Training: Your repair records, customer database, invoices, and messaging logs are strictly isolated. We do not use, harvest, or aggregate your records to train artificial intelligence models, LLMs, or commercial algorithm datasets.

  No Data Sale or Monetization: We will never sell, lease, monetize, or trade customer information, phone numbers, email addresses, or repair histories to any third party under any circumstances.

  No Advertising Networks: We do not participate in cross-context behavioral advertising, retargeting networks, or third-party lead generation sharing.

  Zero Cookie Tracking Architecture: We do not place tracking cookies, web beacons, analytics pixels, or third-party user identification scripts on your device. Session handling relies purely on secure, ephemeral JWT auth tokens stored locally for active session context.

We retain customer operational records only for the duration of an active software agreement and any mandatory statutory accounting hold periods (such as tax compliance regulations).

Upon account termination or explicit written request from an authorized business owner, all shop database records, vehicle logs, and customer contacts will be permanently purged from active production servers within 30 days.

Under applicable global privacy regulations (including GDPR, CCPA, and CPRA), you hold complete control over your business data:

  Right to Export: Export your full shop database (customers, vehicles, ROs, invoices) in standard JSON/CSV format at any time without restriction.

  Right to Erasure: Request permanent deletion of inactive records or full account termination.

  Right to Correction: Inspect and update any inaccurate business or billing data directly within your Account Settings panel.
